ORDER

Challenging the rejection of the application filed under sections 7, 8 and 9 of the Guardian and Wards Act read with Order XXXII Rule 3 and Section 15 of Code of Civil Procedure, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner filed a Guardin Original Petition for appointing her as a guardian to her husband, who is a mentally challenged person. However, the trial Court dismissed that application on the ground that there is no provision for appointing a guardian of unsound person under the Guardian and Wards Act. Challenging the same present revision petition has been filed.

3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that there is no merits in the Civil Revision Petition. The contention of the petitioner is that her husband is mentally retorted person. If such is the case, the petitioner has to file an application under the National Trust Act with District Collector as per Section 2/4

14 of the National Trust Act. On such application being filed, the authorities concerned shall decide the same and pass Orders expeditiously.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
