This application is filed to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the written statement in T.O.S.No.4 of 2022.
2.The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there was some non communication with the applicants and it resulted in delay in filing the written statement. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent opposed this application. 4.Considering the fact that this is a testamentary suit and that the defence of the applicants is required to be placed before this Court for appreciating their rival contentions, this Court condones the delay of 155 days in filing the written statement. Registry is directed to receive the written statement of the applicants. 5.Accordingly, this application is allowed.
