Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.P.YUARAJ Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 24.01.2017 granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount by the appellant / Insurance company, within a period of four weeks. 2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant / insurance company as well as the first respondent / claimant submitted that the conditional order dated 24.01.2017 has been duly complied with by the appellant and the claimant has also withdrawn 25% of the deposited amount, as directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
