For Petitioners : Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu (in both petitions) For Respondents : Mr.U.Bharanidharan (in both petitions) Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These petitions are heard together, as they involve similar subject property and are disposed of by way of this Common Order. W.P.No.27703 of 2022:

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to measure and earmark the common path as per the Gift Deed in No.2349/1997, dated 06.12.1977 for the land in Old Survey Nos.202/68 and No.202/69 now in New Survey No.243/18, 243/20, 243/22 and 243/24 at Siruvallikuppam, Vikkeravandi, Villupuram District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials 2/6

available on record.

3. The petitioner made an application on 04.08.2021 with a request to measure and earmark the common path Gift Deed in No.2349/1997, dated 06.12.1977 which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's applications to measure and earmark the common path Gift Deed in No.2349/1997, dated 06.12.1977 for the land comprised in Old Survey Nos.202/68 and No.202/69 now in New Survey No.243/18, 243/20, 243/22 and 243/24 at Siruvallikuppam, Vikkeravandi, Villupuram District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. W.P.No.27706 of 2022
