The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.4477 of 2024 dated 23.02.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, affidavit of the respondent was https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

KP 4.It is respectfully submitted that after receiving the order in WP.No.4477 of 2024, dated 23.02.2024. On 27.09.2024, I have issued summon to both the parties and they have enquired. Based on the enquiry, on 01.10.2024, both the petitioner and counter petitioners appear before the petitioner's land, wherein the Surveyor Tr.Anbarasu & Tr.Muruganantham, surveyed the land of the petitioner's land in the presence Tahsildar/Tr.Shanmuga Sundaram & Village Administrate Officer/Tr.Ramesh, respondent and other 50 Police Personnel's gave a police protection at the time of surveying land. After surveying the land and fixed the boundaries, fenced his property, petitioner acknowledged the same.
