This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel for the first respondent reports that he has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 67 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
