ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the respondent police for an offence under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) IPC, in Cr.No.16 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that the marriage between the defacto complainant and A1 was solemnized on 10.03.2016. At the time of marriage and even after the marriage, A1 along with the other petitioners/A2 who is the father of A1 demanded dowry from the defacto complainant and harassed her physically. Hence the defacto complainant lodged a case against the petitioners before the law enforcing agency.
3. It is seen from records that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
