This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21150 of 2022 on 16.09.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Attur on the 1st working day of every month, until further orders.
