No.26376 of 2022 in W.P.No.14804 of 2009 J.NISHA BANU, J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 194 days in representing the W.M.P.Sr.No.36805 of 2020 in W.P.No.14804 of 2009. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well for the 2nd respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this miscellaneous petition is allowed, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court of Madras within a period of one(1) week from the date of this order.

4.Upon production of payment receipt, Registry is directed to list the matter before this Court.
