The order of this Court is to the effect that the petitioner should file a complaint before the concerned police seeking protection and such a representation shall 1/3

be disposed of in accordance with law.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.08.2015, a complaint was given to the respondent police, which was rejected on 03.10.2015 in view of the same, it cannot be stated as disobedience, which could be termed as willful. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
