PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the first respondent / Tribunal in its award dated 16.10.2015 made in I.D.No.114 of 2014, on its file and quash the portion of the award ordering payment of 25% backwages and that portion of the finding in the award declining permanency and consequently directing the second respondent to pay the full backwages to the petitioner from the date of termination i.e., on 28.04.2014, till the date of full settlement with 12% interest per annum.
