Alleging that the order dated 10.01.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.803 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that a Memorandum in C.No.D2/4108/2018 dated 01.04.2019 has been issued in compliance with the aforesaid order of this Court. 3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, no contempt arises and hence, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
