This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to initiate appropriate action for taking over the direct management of the temple called Sri Vinayagar and Sri Murugan Temple in Anniyur Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District, within the stipulated time based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2023.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above said temple has been under the management of the trust consisting the residents of the village. The petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 03.07.2023, making certain allegations against the fourth respondent and requesting the first respondent to take steps to take over the management of the temple. The main grievance of the petitioner appeared to be non consideration of the representation submitted by him. 2/4

Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on written instructions submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner, the third respondent directed the jurisdictional Inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department to conduct an enquiry and file a report for taking further action and the said enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, no further directions are required in this Writ Petition except to say that after receipt of the report by the Inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, the third respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to the fourth respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
