O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order of dismissal passed in I.A.No.568 of 2016 in O.S.No.778 of 2015 filed for rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11(a) of CPC. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the suit itself has been dismissed for default on 19.11.2021 and nothing survives in this petition for any adjudication.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
