The petitioners was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 08.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.14020 of 2025, and one of the conditions was that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.16 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are unable to mobilize the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- within a short period. However, a substantial portion of the amount has now been arranged, and the balance will be arranged shortly. Therefore, they seek a further period of three weeks to mobilize the remaining deposit amount.
3. In view of the same, this Court grants a further period of three weeks, upto 28.08.2025, to the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-.to the credit of Crime Number. Further, the trial Court is directed to re-deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- as fixed deposit in an interest bearing Account. It is made clear that if the petitioners fails to comply with the said condition, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically dismissed. 06.08.2025 nvi To 1.The Inspector of Police, M-1, Madhavaram Police Station, Chennai.
