This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in the Crime No.2746 of 2012 as early as possible.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.251 of 2017. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
