This petition is filed to substitute the respondents 3 & 4 as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent in the above petition.

2. Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.
