DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 14.12.2023 without fail. He further submitted that investigation has been completed and already trail has been commenced.

2.Considering the above submission made by him and also considering that the nature of offences, this Court is fully relaxed the conditions imposed against the petitioner dated 14.12.2023.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
