Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the 2nd respondent's order made in Se.Mu.No.3/2017/Pa.Oo(V) dated 21.04.2017 to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to forthwith revise and re-fix the pay benefits, pension and other pensionary benefits inclusive of terminal benefits.
