[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner is the father of the detenue. He has come up with this Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents for production of the detenue.

2. Today, the detenue viz. Soundariya is present before this Court. She informed that she is 24 years old, educated, and that she has married one Mohammed Ameen.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal custody involved in this case and hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, setting the detenue at liberty.
