O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner's grievance against unauthorised construction has remained unaddressed by the second respondent, despite considerable time passing. We have, thus, summoned the third respondent to Court, who is unable to explain the long period of inaction. We must express our displeasure for the nth time on the inability of authorities to take action in pursuance to the complaints from persons compelling them to approach the Court. 2.We direct the second respondent to take necessary action in accordance with law within a maximum period of one (1) month of the receipt of this order. If any assistance from revenue authorities or police authorities is required, naturally the same shall be rendered.

3.Writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
