2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner, no case has been registered as against the petitioner and assured they will complete the enquiry as early as possible and they have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
