m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.10012 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.438 of 2018 dated 25.09.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10012 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.438 of 2018 dated 25.09.2018, the present petition has been filed.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without violation.
3. In view of the above, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10012 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.438 of 2018 dated 25.09.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Sessions Court (Fast Track Court), Arni, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Thiruvannamalai District once in six months. The petition is ordered accordingly.
