2. Mr.Prakash Adiapadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is 91 years old and the suit is already pending for more than 2 years.

3. From the E-Court extracts it is seen that the issues have been framed and the suit has already been posted for trial. Considering the same, and considering the fact that the plaintiff is 91 years old, the trial Court, viz., Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2019 within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
