The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 342, 497, 498( A), 506(ii) of IPC and Sectin 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No. 124 of 2015 was conducted and closed.
