Heard Mr.S.Mani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the Writ Petition in W.P.No.27244 of 2023 a review application has been filed to review the Order in W.A.No.2682 of 2019 in Rev.Appl.222 of 2023 before the Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench of this Court by an Order dated 13.08.2024 had deferred the contempt petition till the disposal of the Writ Appeal and the Review Application.
