ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.34266 of 2023, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.09.2022, in the light of the order passed in W.P.Nos.21349 of 2023 etc., batch dated 03.08.2023, as the benefits have been extended to similarly placed persons and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the petitioner's representation and passed government order dated 28.10.2024, thereby regularizing the service of the petitioner in the post of Forest Watcher on par with his junior. He also produced a copy of the order dated 28.10.2024, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
