ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to sanction all the legitimate claims as per the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2022.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner he joined the duty as Conductor on 08.01.1992 in the respondent Corporation and retired from service on 31.05.2019. It is the grievance that the retirement benefits are not properly paid to the petitioner, hence, he made a representation to the first respondent on 13.05.2022, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 2/4
