Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the Detention Order C.No.106/G/IS/2025 dated 25.06.2025 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce petitioner Husband, namely Ashok, aged about 33 years, Son of Ramakrishnan, (who is now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore) before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents are before us.
2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive
detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 12.08.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.5018, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department and also produced a copy of the same.
3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.
4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
