This miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Mandiriappan, who arrayed as 1st respondent in the cross appeal and implead his legal heirs as respondents 1 to 4 in the above said cross appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition stands allowed.
