This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurantagam to dispose of the case in C.C.No.489 of 2024 expeditiously.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent submits that the matter is now posted for production of L.Ws.1 to 3 for examination on 21.08.2025.

3. It can be seen that there are totally 10 witnesses in this case. Let all sides co-operate for the learned Magistrate to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible. Considering the stage of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurantagam is directed to dispose of C.C.No.489 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.
