M/s.Can Care Foundation engaged in treating poor cancer patients had made a request for assistance for purchase of certain medical equipments. The Official Trustee has filed a report stating that the 1/3

medical equipments shall be purchased from M/s.Care Med, out of the funds of two Trusts viz., Madras Ordinance Pensioned Luscars Charities and Jamunabai Trust.

2. Considering the background of the Organization as well as the services rendered by them, these applications are ordered permitting the Official Trustee to render financial aid for purchase of Medical Equipments and to donate the same to the Organization. 22.07.2025 dsa Note:- Issue order copy by 22.07.2025.
