2. The F.I.R has been registered against the petitioners who are the Chairman and Members of the Child Welfare Committee on the ground that there was a delay in registration of the F.I.R. According to the complaint, the victim child was secured on 18.03.2023 and whereas, F.I.R was registered only on 09.04.2023. This complaint was given based on the letter given by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Perambalur. Certain guidelines are required to be given regarding the issue that is involved in this case. Hence, this Court deems it proper to tag this case also along with the other cases that are now being heard by the specially constituted bench of this Court. Hence, post this case on 25.09.2023. In the meantime, the investigation shall be kept in abeyance.
