The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose his Appeal dated 22.05.2023, on the file of the 1st respondent numbered as AP.No.26 of 2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner's brother namely the 3rd respondent filed an application before the 2nd respondent, seeking his recognition as Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu Thambikkalayannaswamy Temple situated at Pothiyamooppanoor, Vembathi Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District. The said application was allowed by the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred an Appeal before the 1st respondent in A.P.No.26 of 2023 and the same is pending.

3.Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the Appeal filed by the petitioner will be disposed of as directed by this court.

4.In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this court is inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to consider the Appeal filed by the petitioner in AP.No.26 of 2023 on merits and pass final orders within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
