Despite notice being served on the respondent in the above application and name being printed in the cause list today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

2.The applicant had earlier filed Application No.8733 of 2017. The application was allowed by an order dated 16.08.2018. Pursuant to which the applicant had filed Application Nos.2731 of 2020 and 104 of 2022 praying for payment out for a sum of Rs.1,00,847/- and Rs.87,267/- which were ordered on 19.11.2020 and 07.12.2022. 3.The applicant has now filed this application for payment out for the balance of Rs.1,35,059/- lying in the credit of the Application No.8733 of 2017 in 2nd respondent/garnishee. As there is no counter to the above application filed for payment, Court is inclined to allow this application.
