Mr. K. Subburanga Bharathi, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.10.2024 made in W.P.(IPD)No.26 of 2024, the hearing was fixed on 06.11.2025 and on that date, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even prior to 06.11.2025, on the two previous occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, Mr. K. Subburanga Bharathi further submits that one more opportunity will be given to the petitioner to take part in the enquiry.

2. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed with a direction to the petitioner to take part in the enquiry before the respondent on 05.12.2025, without any notice. No costs. 13.11.2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order kj 2/3
