The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the second and the third petitioner are already arrested and hence, in respect of 2nd and 3rd petitioner are dismissed.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, in respect of 1st & 4th petitioner seeks permission of this Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners (1st and 4th petitioner), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
