O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 19.05.2015 and to investigate the matter.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though the complaint dated 19.05.2015 has been received by the respondents, they have not shown any interest to investigate the matter and to register the complaint.
3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, it was forwarded to the Central Crime Branch, Team-I, Chennai, and the enquiry is going on.

4.Considering the rival submission made on both sides, the Central Crime Branch, Team-I, Chennai, is directed to expedite the enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
