This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.02.2016. A copy of the closure report was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
