This application has been filed for withdrawing the amount deposited by the garnishee pursuant to the order passed in A.No.4534 of 2019 on 28.08.2019.

2. The garnishee has deposited a sum of Rs.1,43,950/- over a period of time, which was allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant pursuant to the order dated 13.09.2022 passed by this Court in Arb.Appln.No.162 of 2022 and a further sum of Rs.83,500/- pursuant to the order dated 21.02.2023 passed by this Court in Arb.Appln.No.12 of 2023.

3. In this application, the applicant is now seeking permission for withdrawing a further sum of Rs.58,450/- which is lying in the credit of the above application.

4. Despite notice on the respondents, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

5. Considering the same, Court is inclined to allow this application and accordingly, this application stands allowed.

6. Registry is directed to process the application and release the payment to the applicant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
