This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.10.2018 vide CSR No.538 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed in Crime No.717 of 2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a liberty challenge the closure report, if the petitioner chosen to do so.
