This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the C.R.P.SR.No.106682 of 2019.

2.On 18.09.2019, notice was ordered and on 01.10.2019, when the case came up for hearing, it was submitted that, the notice sent and proof affidavit has been filed. Therefore, the Registry was directed to verify and print the name of the respondent. Accordingly, the Registry, after having verified the same, printed the name of the respondent with address in the cause list.

3.However, when the case is called, no one is appearing for the respondent. Since the delay is very minimum of only 4 days, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4.The Registry is directed to number the CRP, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
