C.M.P.Nos.1337 and 1338 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.Nos.111098 and 111099 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 04.12.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.135 and 136 of 2021, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/ Additional District cum Fast Track Mahila Court at Nagapattinam.
2. Mr.S.P.Harikrishnan, the learned counsel for the first respondent appeared. Despite service of notice to the second respondent he has not appeared in person or through the counsel before the Court.
3. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 120 days is condoned in both the CMP. Nos.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
Accordingly, these CMPs' are ordered.
