JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order dated 21.03.2019 passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.18911 of 2011, the writ petitioner has preferred this writ appeal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal, with liberty to approach the authorities concerned citing G.O.(Ms.) No.33 Labour Welfare and Skill Development (Q1) Department dated 08.03.2023, for appropriate relief. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, liberty is granted and this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
