C.SARAVANAN, J.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents have already paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- after the order was passed by this Court on 22.09.2023.

2. Considering the same, the applicant is directed to release the vehicle back to the respondents.

3. Since the learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant, which has resulted in the respondents paying the aforesaid amount, Court is inclined to order Additional Remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

4. The learned Counsel for the applicant is directed to ensure the Additional Remuneration is paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner

within a period of two weeks from today. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall return the warrant to the Registry.

5. This Arbitration Application stands closed with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court or before the learned Arbitrator, in case there is further default by the respondents.
