2. Counsel appeared online, the video was switched off and he sought leave to withdraw the petition.

3. Petition dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application also stands disposed of.

4. WMP No.29216 of 2024 filed to permit petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed.

5. Counsel also seeks direction to the Recovery Officer to return 25% that petitioner had deposited.

6. Petitioner may apply to the Recovery Officer for return of the money.
