The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the account is normalized and hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this application.

2. Further, he would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 11.10.2023, the initial remuneration was paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

3. In view of the above submissions, the learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to withdraw this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
