Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the applicant sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present application and prayed that liberty may be granted to the applicant to file a fresh application, as and when required. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the application.

2. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application, if necessary.
