Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.03.2016 before the respondent and investigate the same according to law.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.03.2016 and investigate the same according to law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint dated 08.03.2016 has been received by the respondent in CSR No.178 of 2016, he has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner himself appeared before the respondent police on 12.03.2016 and 28.03.2016 and he has stated that there is no necessity for taking any action on the complaint given by the petitioner. Recording the submission, the petition enquiry was closed on 12.03.2016. On 28.03.2016 also, he has also made a statement stating that restoration of electricity has been made.

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
