W.M.P.No.27363 of 2022 in W.P.No.16815 of 1999 P.N.PRAKASH, J and RMT. TEEKAA RAMAN , J [Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner in W.P.No.16815 of 1999, Sobhagamal Sowcar, died on 01.06.2016. Therefore, his legal representatives have filed the present petition for substitution.

2. The factum of death of Sobhagamal Sowcar is not in dispute as a copy of the death certificate has been enclosed in the typed-set of papers. Similarly, the fact that the petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased Sobhagamal Sowcar is also not in dispute.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in all the concerned records.
